" I'd have to agree with this for the novice. Another thing that really helped me was to record (audio) everytime I spin, and the listen to it afterwards. As painfull as it was to hear all my mistakes I had to do it because it helped me remember not to make those mistakes. Thanks John!

This is ***** all the way from South Africa,thank you for your vids,they have been really really helpful, you are an inspiration to us all.Iv got a bit of a problem and i know it might not be in your line of work but im running out of options here and im desperate.I recently purchased a stanton digipak pro v2 and updated my firmware to v31303213 to try out the vinyl emulation which works really well but scratching aint my thing and wanted to deactivate the vinyl emulation and since theres no button to deactivate the vinyl emulation on the stanton c313,problem now is that restoring the unit to factory default still retains the updated firmware and Thus vinyl emulation is still activated and mixing on the c313 with vinyl emulation is just a nightmare, everytime you touch the jog wheel(and even if you touch the jog wheel on the outer edge) the track basically starts up from stop, so theres no continuation or free flow of the track playing,since im from South Africa we have no direct support from Stanton,iv sent them buckets of e-mails but no response,if you konw of someone who can help me or have better communication for support from Stanton there in the U.K,id really appreciate it if you can help out,im really desperate!!!!!!!
